Dear Michelle Morgan,
 
To setup your Rockspace Extender with the new Connection or ISP, First you need to reset the Rockspace extender to the factory mode. Push the RESET hole for 20 sec while it plugged in. Once its reset connect the Rockspace Extender using WPS or using re.rockspace.local.
