2 blur lights, but keeps dropping connection

I’ve got two blue lights on the extender, but it keeps dropping connectivity to the main WiFi device. I move extender to an outlet right next to device, connect, and then relocate extender back to where I want it and it works again. Every few hours it stops working again, even though the blue lights remain. Not sure what’s going on, please help?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please make sure the extender plugged in within the range of your router signals. You can plug the extender 40-50 ft away from the router. If still facing issues please call on our Tollfree number for more help.
