Rockspace_EXT is the default network for the Rockspace Wi-Fi Extender configuration. The first time you set up your Rockspace extender, your phone or PC must connect to Rockspace_EXT from the network list.
Try these solutions if your device cannot identify Rockspace_EXT for extender setup.
- The Power LED should be blue and the range extender plugged in.
- Reconnect your range extender to power and wait until the light goes blue.
- Check if another device or computer can identify rockspace EXT by using it.
- If rockspace EXT is still not visible in the network list, you will need to do a factory reset on your range extender, wait for the Power LED to turn blue, and then try again.
