The power lights blue, then turns off. Followed by all three lights blinking on, with the signal button being pink. Continues to do this and wont respond to a reset.

Press the WPS on the router first and within 2 minutes press the WPS on the Rockspace Extender. If still need help call on the technical support helpline number.
