My WiFi extender was working fine for a while now then all of the sudden the red light came on. When I move it closer the red light changes to blue. Why won’t it work in the same spot it was working before??

Dear Jennifer Wolverton,
This happens when you update the settings of your router like Firmware update, Radio Channels, etc. Please make sure the no. of channels selected in the router setup page is sufficient according to the no of devices you connect to your home wifi. Still have an issue call us back on the Toll-free.
